joe you’re a big part of why I re-committed to the gym. The last year I’ve gained 17 lbs while maintaining body fat %. My bench went from 110 to 195, my overhead press went from 45 to 95, my deadlift went from 135 to 315. I look and feel much better, thanks for the motivation.

God bless you son. That was a really impressive video that I am going to share with my sons. I too was a skinny kid. Started training in 1977 at age 18. By 20 I was looking very good. Have kept fit and trained on and off all these years. Now at age 63 after 2 years back at the gym I am in fine shape and have a great time with all the younger guys there who are impressed with this old iron-pumping grandpa. Keep it up and remember it's a lifestyle and a life choice! #ForeverYoung

I can assure you that you have inspired thousands of skinny, tall guys, like me, who hate how they look. You are proof you can transform your body and more importantly your life.

Much respect. In my humble opinion, it took more determination and hard work to go from skinny to muscular than it would take to go from obese to lean. God bless you.

So inspirational Joe man, keep it up. It’s easy to grow complacent once you start achieving things but the work needs to be consistent 💪🏾

I was a skinny kid too. Always good to see other people succeed in their fitness journey and never-ending hustle. Needed this motivation 2 years ago. Still managed not to give up. You're an inspiration.

I was a hardgainer as well. 115 my sophomore year at HS at 5’10. A decade later and I’m 190 and it’s all about being dedicated and motivated to keep drinking beer and eating take out. Never give up folks! If I can gain, you can gain 💪

Great job man! Most of the body transformations that can be found on YT are not possible without the help of doping. This is the real natural and healthy bodybuilding! Keep going!

Joe, I’m 37 and I have always been skinny my whole life…like 6’1” & 145lbs skinny. I’ve never really gone to the gym or had a steady exercise routine. About a year ago I had just recovered from Covid but lost 12lbs, which put me at 133lbs!!! My girlfriend at the time dumped me and said my looks were a big reason! After about a week of sulking, I quit feeling sorry for myself and decided I needed to NEVER get dumped because of my physique ever again. I literally typed “workout programs for skinny people” and 1 of your videos was on the list….Although I haven’t bought any of your workout programs, I joined a gym, used your cheap pesto pasta and other high calorie meals that you make at home, and followed your videos for tips and motivation….in just under a year, I’ve put on 34lbs and I’m now up to 167lbs and climbing!!!

Thank you Joe!!! Keep up the great content and continue to inspire and motivate us skinny guys 💪🏽

I was a former D1 athelte, in my teenage and early 20's I was in such good shape. When I turned 28 my health detiorated and I was sick for 5 years. I finally got better after 5 years and have been working out every day for last 4 months, I cannot explain the hapiness I feel to be able to exercise again, I cry of hapiness when I come home from gym/soccer. Don't ever take your health for granted. There is no amount of money, girls, material things that can make up for bad health, its the most important thing in the world. Take care of your body, exercise and you will feel amazing, and that feeling will overlap into everythign you do in life.
