This really was one of the best ideas for an episode he ever made.
It really pokes fun at the cartoon logic of a character remaining the same age for years even with multiple birthdays and Christmases and summers

One thing i enjoyed of the special was how the show addressed the floating timeline in a logic way, shows like the simpsons family guy, spongebob and south park never take the job of explaining it

It’s kinda funny how throughout the 50 years of no one aging was that Timmy still couldn’t have gotten together with Trixie, but it’s also sad to know that he caused babies to not be born with his wish

I will admit that Butch Hartman definitely did a great job on creating the premise for "Timmy's Secret Wish" as it definitely does not only poke fun at the common trope of the characters in cartoons staying the same age in a shocking and mind-blowing way, but it also does raise some really great stakes on what consequences Timmy Turner could've done with his constant wishes that he made his fairies create since it was very common on what horrible consequences Timmy had made because of his wishes.
