Table Top Hip Lean – Gluteus Medius and Gluteus Maximus Stretch - Hip Mobility

When performing the table top hit lean you'll want to get on your hands and knees and place both knees and feet together. Be sure to flex your toes and secure your upper torso by bracing against the ground. As you begin to lean your hip to the side allow your butt to go back towards the direction of you feet so you can really feel the stretch in you Gluteal Muscles. One good tip I give my clients is to look back at your feet as you lean in the opposite direction and if you're the type of person that has knee issues or arthritis it's best to perform this movement on your bed.

Of course as with any movement if you feel any pain stop what you’re doing so you don’t further injury yourself.
