Be advice. WARNING, in the manual of the product indicates that you must first conect de positive gripper to the battery car and after that the negative. After that start teh car and then disconect in the reverse way. First negative then the positive. Text of the manual "2) Connect the positive (red) HD battery clamp to the positive (POS, P, +) battery terminal.
3)Connect the negative (black) HD battery clamp to the negative (NEG, N, -) battery terminal or vehicle chassis.
4)When disconnecting, disconnect in the reverse sequence, removing the negative first (or positive first for positive ground systems).

Some videos for GB20 suggest to connect black clamp to negative terminal of the battery BUT some suggest to connect it to the un-painted engine earthing. Can you please confirm which is the right option?

It worked. My 2008 Ford Crown Victoria was dead (like seriously dead), and I had to put the NOCO boost in manuel mode.

Thank you for how to use videos NOCO.

Doesn’t work on motorbikes? I don’t get a boost light.. assuming it’s because you’re not supposed to put negative terminal to the battery on bikes, but instead part of the frame
