I’d highly suggest trying a balsamic glaze on eggs. Even better with some caramelized onions. Something about that vinegar and eggs. 🤤

Okay okay so I did get an “everybody’s so creative!” Comment from my mama for this. Egg salad with cottage cheese replacing the mayo 😅 it adds protein while removing fat and if you season tf outta it, it’s really good. The cottage cheese makes it kinda bland compared to the version with mayo probs because of the fatty ness, so extra seasoning for sure.
