As a person with a stigmatism I can confirm it is true and it very annoying sometimes

As someone who has derealization I can confirm it’s fairly similar to that jus a little more diverse with symptoms, it can seem like your looking through your life from another person eyes, kinda like watching your life through a tv screen, or sometimes everything seems normal then you’ll jus snap out of reality, your sense of touch can feel bizarre you can sometimes feel like your losing touch with yourself or the things around you, and me I always feel distant whenever it gets bad or I start to feel a lil dizzy and I always get semi blurred vision

I have stigmatism and the weird thing is I thought everyone saw things like that? In the dark while driving traffic lights and everything bright just turns into weird lines and as I blink the lines change sizes.
