As someone with adhd yes I get distracted very easily and start to fidget with things around me or play with my fingers

Adhd is when you start watching a movie in your head

As someone with ADHD, this is not accurate. ADHD means that you kinda zone out and get lost in your thoughts and stay still as if there is nothing happening around you. It’s really tough😅

I have ADD which is the same exact thing as ADHD but without the hyperactive part. This video is exactly what I feel like when I’m at school when I forgot to take my focus meditations. It’s extremely hard to focus on one thing with ADD because when I see something else I completely lose interest in the thing I was looking at before and usually my teacher tells me to focus on the lesson

It’s not always this. A lot of the time you just stare off into space for like an hour, and at home I just run around and stufd

As a guy with ADHD, i can confirm the world does not flick colors every second. With ADHD, you launch pens.

I actually have been diagnosed with ADHD for a long time and mainly I struggle with paying attention in class and i sometimes zone out. I’m not sure if it’s just me but the stuff that they show in the video never really happens to me. I find that ADHD isn’t really a struggle for me. Back when I was younger I had a hard time at birthday party’s or how to start a conversation with someone. Now I’m perfectly fine at party’s and how to start a conversation with someone. Some people with ADHD struggle with this kind of stuff as they get older and some of them struggle with this when there younger. When I was still a little kid I would have meltdowns, now I do not have meltdowns and I just take deep breaths when I’m feeling angry or mad. The main fact is that I have ADHD and it is nothing like this.

As someone with adhd, this is close but not fully right because we don't zoom out that far where we can't see someone approaching

I have ADHD and I don’t really fidget with things I just zone out thinking of my imagination until a teacher or a classmate just snaps at me and boom, 20 minutes have passed by.

That's kinda right, it's different for everyone. For me most of the time I can just see the edges if my vision go dark as if I'm about to fall asleep, and I cant really hear anything as I stare off into space while fiddling with something, like a pen or my fingers

As a professionally diagnosed ADHD patient, this is not a joke, this is accurate. ADHD stands for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. This demonstrates being unable to focus, and hyperactivity. This seems to be a less extreme case, as compared to mine and some of my old friends.

I have adhd and it’s nothing like this I honestly just space out to the point of almost like an awake sleep I guess you could say like eyes open and able to hear but not at the moment seeing or hearing anything
