A thing I noticed is that your chin is down, your non- punching hand doesnt come back to guard and you don't rotate your hips. Keep up the good work.

THIS is how we truly should be training to build power and follow through with punches. Because while ounces are a lot lighter than pounds having just enough weight on the end of your knuckles where the punches will actually land has a stronger affect. And throwing punches with gloves on puts your shoulders at a very lower risk of being over exerted and injured. It can happen but the chances are minimal as long as you keep up proper form and stay stretched properly also.

Slow it down tap the bag lower your hands a little bit or raise them to both sides crouch more amgain your hitting your the head or the body use your legs more and then connect at the same time build your strength accuracy timming and you'll have faster improvement and you'll hit harder
