Thanks Rebecca! Always good to hear the details of a new product. I use TheraTears as my daily drops and like you I find the packaging maddeningly difficult to open. where do they find the people who design things like this? My solution is to just cut the pack open with scissors.

Can you explain "dissipating preservatives"? Are they really safe? I used Genteal for years, but now I'm leary of using any preservatives. I now have a PVD in one eye, and Glaucoma. Using Eyeganics now.

Rats! I thought you’d begin with to open the darn Invizia bottle. I’ve had the bottle for several days and still haven’t been able to open the bottle despite turning the top counterclockwise like it says on the box or bottle . I’m going to have to borrow some plyers apparently.
