I once read an article that talked about how you should only let it crack when you gently put your head to the side, but not using your hand to pull it. For me it’s like a tic or a stim (adhd) and it is very very hard to stop

Merci pour ces informations, je voulais voir mon ostéopathe pour qu'il me fasse craquer les cervicales mais après avoir vu votre vidéo, je ne vais pas prendre rendez-vous, je vais faire ces exercices tous les jours. J'espère que cela pourra me soulager. Merci beaucoup pour cette vidéo.

Not sure his to do this ie do you push hard against the hand.. to make the muscle strong or do you just push gently and how gently ??
