How to Disable Local Admin Account Creation

For accounts that are integrated with a third-party identity provider, a user with the Super Administrator role can now disable the creation of new local ICDm administrators that do not require identity provider authentication. The setting applies to the current domain only and does not affect any existing local administrators.
