when i open my app shortcut, the banner appears and says “safari shortcut” (even if its not safari app shortcut) and the loading button but it still doesnt work, can you solve it?

OK I have Icon Themer and it keeps telling me that my shortcut can’t run because shortcut failed couldn’t convert from URL too rich text I don’t know how to fix it so if anyone could help or tell me what’s going on that would be great every time I click on the app and I try to run the shortcut and just hit me with that prompt and I don’t know how to fix it I have one more shortcut but it’s just for my charger when I charge my phone so if anyone could help me out with this icon Themer problem that would be nice
