The BEST Lo Mein

This is chow mein because it is fried. Lo mien is just tossed in the sauce with no flame. Took me a while to get them straight 😂. Also this looks delicious! 👍🏽

After boiling and rinsing, I like to toast the noodles in the wok over high heat to slightly char them (adds a great smokey flavor). Then I add the sauce and other ingredients to soften the noodles again.
