I have muscle twitching in various muscles like they come and go like it occurs one day next day they go and again come back it occurs only at rest

i have the same. The disease is called small fiber neuropathy. Skin biopsy can confirm the diagnosis.

I fucking hate muscle twitching not just because it is annoying especially at night before you sleep but mainly because I always associate it with ALS 😭😭😭
