I was really hoping you'd go into detail about what happens when you're repetitively replaced spark plugs AND coils as stated in title, but this was JUST about spark plugs

The header of this video should be changed to 'Engine Misfiring due to spark Plug 101'

Title of this video should be All About Sparkplugs. Don't waist your time with this video. Title is click bait

Your title is still misfiring after changing the coil and sparkplug. But you are mostly dealing with sparkplug. What a waste of time i spent on this video.

My misfire continued after new spark plug and new coil..finally discovered that Egr valve remained open due to carbon built up..cleaned Egr and all is ok

this video is useless.
my car only misfires when im about to speed up to pass someone. i have to back off and wait for it to settle down and then its fine. i can pass them.
other times it works flawlessly. so coils and plugs are not the problem. they also been replaced correctly with good brands. OEM ones do the same thing.
if i didn't pass slow people it would never misfire. the air filter is also new.
the engine has been replaced twice so its not that either unless the thing is just lemon trash. replacing the engine and still getting the problem means its not the fuel injectors because those come with a new engine.

the only thing i haven't replaced that has anything to do with engine control is the ECU/PCM and that very rarely causes the issue, and its expensive to replace for ""try and see"

Mine was put on a computer and it only shakes a little but in idle mode, when I am driving, it runs smooth. Mechanic told me it seems like fuel injectors 03 Dodge Durango 4.7 (274000 miles) driven daily

info.

It is rarely the fuel issue when consistly misfiring.

If a new plug or plug wire does not reduce or remove the issue the next likely step is

Compression check.

Anything less than 20 lbs reading on any cylinder indicates valve issues which, means the heads have to come off.

any good shade tree mechanic knows this.

Poorly done video dude.

Make sure you plug you EGR vacuum hose back in. It will run rough and eventually cut off.

My check engine light was flashing so i pulled over. Ran the code came up p0301 cylinder 1 misfire. (2014 jeep compass b.t.w.) Changed all plugs to ngk iridium. Cranking but no start. Then went and changed out all the coils packs. Still cranking no start. Still a stored permanent code to ecu p0301 could it be fuel injector for cylinder 1? Relay? What should i check for next? Prior to this jeep ran totslly fine.

Same thing happened to my truck but I ordered some fake AC Delco spark plugs from EBay and that was my problem all along. After buying the same plugs from my local auto parts store the misfire completely stopped!

I have a 2010 Ford Escape with 4 cylinder 2.5l. Code P302. #2 cylinder misfire.

Spark: I checked the coil and it is not bad. Pulled it up and I can hear it sparking. Swapped with the coil in 3rd cylinder and no change. #2 still misfire.

Compression.: I pulled out the plug of #2 and checked compression. It was 135 lbs. I checked compression of 3 and 4 cylinder, both also 135lbs, So not mechanical/valve/rings.

I put in new plugs while checking compression and no change, not plugs.

Fuel: I purchased and replaced fuel injector in #2 cylinder, no change.

Engine misfires, but not a completely not firing. Meaning if I pull the the wire connector out of the coil, the engine does drop, a little, but not jumping like if if pull it out of another cylinder. Same if I disconnect the lead to the fuel injector.

So if it is not spark, not compression/mechanical, and not fuel, what else should I check?
