It is really hard to handle an unexplained symptom... I think I could start recovering if I just had some idea what is causing the pain in my eye(s). Or if I could just recover from the problem. May God have mercy on me. I want to live again and be a father and teacher.

Good Morning Jim,
Yes, this work takes a long while indeed.
My question today is about dizziness. Yep… that again. Did you EVER encounter an unexpected episode of vertigo? It has happened 2x’s in a year and went away, back to the baseline symptom of dizziness. It happened when I woke up…. There it was.
Thanks for your guidance

Hello sir, I’ve actually not been doing too bad mentally (i can actually deal with my anxiety now!) but physically I still have mild symptoms such as trembling and fatigue. I love running and working out in the gym, do I really have to stop these more intense workouts for months to recover? Or is it possible to still recover from hyperstimulation whilst going to the gym or run for 45 min?

Your video’s have been really helpful, thank you for sharing all this information!

Hello!
I’ve had panic and anxiety since I was 12. My concern has always been that this is my life forever now. I’m 28 now. There has always been many ideas of the cause of anxiety disorders. If I’m not on medication, my anxiety is out of control. What is your opinion on the possibility of biological causes of anxiety. For example, the depletion of serotonin inhibitors.

Mr. Folk,
I am in agonizing pain, like an extremely severe itchiness in the muscles. In the last two weeks I started to feel it like sharp, stabbing pain I the muscles. I have intense feeling of pure terror in my body. I am desperate.
I cannot psychologically accept medication. When I tried it didn't help.
What can I do to make the torture stop?
Will I ever recover?
I am so afraid, Mr Folk, and in so much pain.

Hi Jim. Thanks for this info. I've been having muscle twitches for almost 4 months 24/7 since I keep thinking about them at the age of 18 - 19 and now I fear that they'll never go away. Idk how to accept it and I can't afford the recovery membership

Good morning, for the last 3 days I’ve have a buzz in my left foot. 15-20 of buzz and a minute and 15 seconds of not buzzing. This has been constant throughout the day. I saw a neurologist yesterday and we did a physical exam specifically for MS. She saw no reason for MRI. Can a buzz like this be due to stress/anxiety?
