Come gym with me 🙌🏼 Leg day at One Playground Marrickville is always good with the best equipment and spacious layout!

Today was a quick session as I did a reformer pilates class in the AM at their Newtown Studio!

Pre-workout I had a strawberry protein smoothie (banana, strawberries, protein powder & soy milk) and post workout I had a chickpea pumpkin salad wrap.

Workout:Barbell RDL 4 sets x 12 reps (increase weight each set)
Bulgarian split squats 4 sets x 10 reps each leg
Pendulum squat 4 sets x 10 reps (increase weight each set)
Cable glute kickback 3 sets x 10 reps each leg
Cable side glute kickback 3 sets x 10 reps each leg
