it's good mainly for refreshment better and traditional one is black coffee( cofee powder and hot water) is the best and ultimate one just 2rupees pack is more than enough.

I tske Electrolytes (5₹ per pack and use for 2 day)+ pink salt (sendha namak) is have otherwise normal+ 1 lemon and in winter just one 2₹coffee packet

Purchase honey from local bee farmer...and double boil it 75 degree Celsius...turn off the flame ...let it cool...remove the wax waste on the top of the honey...you can save this healthy orginal honey for years❤
