Today I am sharing five 10 minute meal ideas which are not only quick and easy, but which are totally delicious too. Since the kids have been back at school, I have found dinner times need to be quick so the boys can eat and then run off to their evening clubs.

RECIPES & INGREDIENTS:
PRAWN PASTA:
1 veg stock, 125g soft cheese, 1tsp garlic powder, 600ml boiling water, 400g spaghetti, parsley, chilli flakes, salt & pepper.
CHICKEN TERIYAKI:
4 Chicken breasts, teriyaki stir fry sachet, broccoli, rice.
TOM YUM SOUP:
6 Sausages, 1 jar tom yum paste, 2 chunks ginger, 1.8Litres veg stock (2 stock cubes), pal choi, noodles.
PESTO GNOCCHI:
Gnohhi, basil, 2 cloves garlic, 1 veg stock cube, 80ml olive oil, 150ml pasta water, avocado, bacon.
CHEATS CARBONARA:
1 onion, 2 garlic cloves, ham, peas, 200g soft cheese, spaghetti, salt & pepper.
