Drivers Purposely Run Over Pedestrians: Cops

It’s disturbing video of drivers running over pedestrians. The Seattle Police Department is now investigating two incidents of drivers hitting random people. They are looking into whether it's the same driver or different. Police have released cellphone video and surveillance video of one incident in the hopes that someone has information on the case. In both incidents, the victims have not been identified.

I can not fathom how someone could laugh at that. I was the front seat passenger in a car about 30 years ago that hit a teenager who ran out. Thankfully my mother wasn't going fast and the boy suffered no major injuries. From that experience though i can say being in a car that hits someone is traumatic for a sane person unlike these psychos.

This is extremely worrying because the first case I heard was the poor retired officer who was purposely mowed down & killed while he was on his bike. They literally performed a hit-&-run while laughing!! I’ll never understand what is going on in these peoples head thinking that killing or hurting someone with their own vehicle is a joke! Why don’t they get it in their heads as in would THEY like it if someone did that to them?!
