How much modified starch do you use in with the noodles?

I am having a hard time finding the recipe for the noodles as there is no search bar on the website

I use it for vegan cheeses, didn't think of using it for noodles. The noodles look great.

Polvilho doce ("sweet" cassava starch)
Polvilho azedo (sour or fermented cassava starch)
Those are the main ones. That's how you make cheese buns, with half of each, plus milk, butter, egg and cheese. Also, "tapioca" is the pancake you make with the starch, no one here in south america calls the starch "tapioca".

I was eager to see this tapioca episode.... but this is not a tapioca recipe it is "I used the tapioca off camera, look how it came out" and then there is soup 🙂
