If it is too big it’ll be hard to coordinate and too many little parts to be messed up on the serve .
Use the fence to shadow a good compact palms down motion.

Ill try it. My biggest issue is my takeback is too fast, already swinging before ball release. Can do trophy position without ball but throw in ball it's chaos.
