Great tip. Simple & easy to learn. Splitting complicated actions into simple & easy action, is a great way of coaching.

Imagining my body/arm as a whip and my wrist being the loose end that snaps has made my serve much more powerful and consistent, a relaxed wrist is definitely good advice

I love listening to Patrick’s French!💕

To relax the arm and wrist use 2 or 3 fingers. It really improved my serve so much.

I wish we could see a full serve at the line again at the end.

I'm sorry to say but this is a little misleading because you say to just use your wrist and your student is using his entire arm while using his wrist at the same time. If he was just using his wrist the only thing that would move during your drill is his wrist, and that is definitely not happening. Of course you need to use the wrist but as you can see with this drill he's also extending his elbow/arm through the swing as well and that definitely cannot be overlooked and maybe could have been emphasized as well.

Любой более или менее приличный тренер, покажет то же самое. Зато платить надо будет меньше.

Bet this guy has a lot of off court wrist exercises as well 😂

He knows what he's saying. I just don't understand him?

Mal expliqué, on utilise le poignet, mais pas d'une maniere volontairement consciente. Il faut penser à un geste de lancer. Et ca se fera automatiquement.

Why this guy never demo a proper shot ...thou he's very slow and he has videos where he sets up "he wins" apparently. 😂

Wrong..power comes from the ground up...mostly from the legs..then shoulders core then arms then wrist...what a fraudulent Clown setting his student up for injury while charging $7500 per hour

It is unintuitive but to produce power, you have to relax.

Have you tried this tip yet? How did it go? 💪

Top Tennis Training, who I really trust, made a video on not using your wrist, to prevent injury. Who is right? Or is there a subtlety I’m missing?

But I can't see real pronation like professional players

Apparently the wrist shouldnt be flicked like this? Due to wrist injury? Is this wrong. Pronation and supination with the forearm to get power is what others are teaching.
