Explanation: During WW2 when Yugoslavia was invaded, Hitler established a puppet state called the Independent State of Croatia. They committed insane atrocities on the Serb, Jewish, and Roma populations that they held. In total they killed as much as 1 million people and deported or forced conversion to 500, 000 people. After killing the people they wanted to kill, they would make their corpses into soap, much like the Germans did with Jews during the holocaust. This is a tragic event in the history of WW2 that was largely forgotten. The Ustaše (Leaders of the country) were committing atrocities so bad, that even the Nazis told them to stop killing so many people.
