Great video, for speed and cardio! I also love the warm up.
Notes to self
0. Warm up
1. Wall Sprints 3-4 sets, x5 rounds
2. Deep Squat jump, as high as you can, 3-5 reps x3-4 sets, rest 90-120"
3. Lunge jumps 2 sets x4-8 reps total
4. Side jumps 2x6-8
5. Tuck jumps 2 sets x3-5 reps
6. Strength: 3x BG squats, 3x bridge curls

Really impressed with stressing how important the good warm up and rests are together with quality and explosiveness of the movements over simply doing loads of reps.

Great message in the beginning not to do these type of workouts too often. We get too caught up in the HIIT type of workouts that are so hard on the body and should never be done on consecutive days. Thank you for the information #smallYTFitness

Great video, as usual. I don't know if you have info about this, but, could you make a video about safe workouts for people who have flat feet? I'd love to do all these exercises, but I always end up hurting my joints. I can hardly make a squat without falling sideways. I don't know how to safely workout my legs.
