LOW CARB COTTAGE CHEESE CRISP!

I have several weird ideas floating round in my head, and some come out great and others are a total flop! This, however, was a success and will be on repeat! It’s salty, crunchy, and will satisfy those snack attacks....all while giving you protein without the carbs that can often spike blood sugar and feed yeast in your body.

Just be sure to get *quality* cottage cheese such as Kalona Supernatural, Nancy’s, or Good Culture. None of these contain gums, flavorings, or fillers (as many do!).

Just line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Add an entire tub of cottage cheese to the sheet and spread out as thin as you can, placing an additional sheet of parchment paper over the top to help press it down.

Remove top sheet and bake in the oven at 350 F for one hour, rotating the pan every 15 minute to ensure it bakes evenly and all edges are crisp.

Note: the center will take longer to crisp than the edges, so best to make smaller circles of cottage cheese rather than one large “chip” for best results.This recipe is so easy, all you need is just 1 ingredient, parchment paper, and a baking sheet!

I used good culture 2% they came out amazing. My only mistake was putting everything but the bagel seasoning and it was too salty live and learn lol
