Okay, just researched how to store these babies: in airtight bag OR airtight container(my preference) and best to layer them in container with parchment paper between layers so they don’t stick together. Do NOT refrigerate. The moisture in fridge will make them soften.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Happy Chipping😁

3 slices = 12 crisps
Preheat 375
Cut slices diagonally
Bake 9 mins

6 slices = 24 crisps
Bake 11 mins

This was perfect timing as I was looking for something to dip into my leftover chili. I made them in the microwave though. Cut the parchment to fit the spinning thing and microwave around 3 minutes. I stopped my microwave a few times to check them so times will vary. Keep a close eye on them.

I coat some shredded cheese (sharp cheddar) in almond flour, and a sprinkle of onion powder. Sprinkle a thin layer in my Dash Griddle (the smooth one), and cook them until they start to brown. Then sprinkle with some salt, and let them "dry" on a cooling rack. They taste just like Cheezits!

Edit: you can also crush up pork rinds into "bread crumbs" and use that instead of the almond flour to add a lot of crunch. I keep some already ground up to use as breading for a lot of things, it's cheaper to make your own than buy the already crushed ones (and more fun).

All of the other online recipes for these said 350* and 5 minutes. They were all bendy.
I worked the time up to 10 min to get them crispy. Now I know to use 375*.
Only problem with these is everyone else wants them! Do they need refrigeration?
