I drink fresh coconut water everyday. I feel my body reacting within minutes of taking my first sip. I’m grateful for the trees that grow in my yard. The water must be drank within the first few days of harvesting it because there are no preservatives. I love his story about not washing your body with dirty water. Thank you Professor Hunter, I listen to your show everyday.

I saw Sister Pinkins posted one of Dr Ari's seminars, or demonstrations on Knubia, so I wasn't surprised to see him on your show Prof Hunter. Very healthy, well balance segment (pun intended). Thank you ❤️💛💚

Greetings Queen hunter, I’m walking to work listening to this informative discussion and realize that I’ve been doing something good for my body for yrs. I’m in Brooklyn NY and is fortunate to get fresh coconut I stand and look at my guy cut it and pour it out. Which reminds me of home Grenada 🇬🇩. Thanks for continuously bringing folks on to educate us 👊🏾🕯

That is soo true alot of vegans use pecans as meat. I saw Tabitha Brown combine soften pecans with chickpeas and blend it with seasonings and fried it down for tacos, chili; plant base ground meat/beef.

Home boy looks like my grandfather Benjamin. He reminds me of my youth growing up in Jamaica. Thats how I saw the elders eating back then. Now its all a mess everyone thinks they need meat daily. Naw.. Fruits and Plants is the key to long healthy life. Thanks for this reality check sis Karen. (A clean glass of water). Love everything you do. One 🖤

Love all this information. I was a pescatarian for many years .I want to live healthy and live over 100. I realize eating meat will not get me there. I am going go get those coconuts omg it does wonders for skin too . I use coconut oil for all my skin care and hair. Learning so much with this video I did not know about Hybrid vegetables.

Thank you Professor Karen for this segment, I have a question, how can we as Humans reconcile our animal nature with our divine nature or are we actually divine at all? We where taught we are divine and have created failed institution to support the notion of our divinity, but we behave more like the animal and never really truly like anything divine or Godly. Again, thank you Professor Karen. The Wise Health Sage made great points.
