‘Nothing ventured, nothing gained.’ Thank you for uploading this summary. (Crab) Apples/peaches/pears, flax & chia Seeds, es/pears, (dark leafy greens) lettuce & cucumbers, coconut water, Herbs: mint, basil, cilantro & parsley, Fermented Foods: sauerkraut & kimchi. Avoiding: boiling, baking, frying and drinking tap, filtered and distilled water. Adequate restful sleep here I come. Staying active outside and finding joy in all movement.

Just left a 2 week stay in the Virgin Islands. Woke up to roosters and chickens, the sweet unpolluted air, fresh fruit on the
trees, Mango, Soursop, and others. No pesticides, all natural. I see why the people look so good and their skin so smooth.
I could easily become a Fruitarian over a short period of time. Minimum fast food joints, but plenty fresh cooking places.

Excellent you groeing your own food in your backyard, as vegetables in supermarkets can have residues of chemicals, fertilizers, etc.

I will watch this tomorrow, but I wanted to comment on "Mistaken for someone in his 50s" that a person of color always looks 20-30 years younger than us white chicks, despite our copious reapplication of sunscreen. The best I can really hope for is to look a few years younger than I really am. In mere hours I will be 60 . My Google photo here was taken less than a week ago.
