More Torque On My Kugoo M4 Pro Electric Scooter With A Better Ebike Controller

Показать описание
I'm back and I've been away modifying the Kugoo M4 Pro with a new controller.

It gives nearly double the torque, is more reliable, is regen capable and has cruise control on the button. It will peak at around 1300w on a full charge.

This a sensible and safe controller to install and shouldn't damage the battery. It will hold higher speeds easier and shave seconds of the 0-20mph time and pull harder uphill!

Controller:- 9 mosfet 25A KT controller

Display:- KT LCD7 or any other KT Display

Good stuff mate, I'm looking forward to the G Booster vid.
I can't seem to get regen braking working on mine, I also get that horrible noise sometimes when accelerating hard from standstill on full juice mode, it's done it from day one but it's going strong and seems fine if you just release throttle and build up gentler.
I've also bought an upgraded rear mudguard as the existing one is like a chocolate fireguard lol

Nice 1 Billy, my M4 Pro is away on holiday to Poland for repairs & I probably won't see it again until after Christmas. Cheers for the links to the tools needed for the Headset Play Issue, Saved Me a few Quid.

Do you think it could be possible to ad another motor(same as the back one) to the front wheel? Double the motor - double the power :)

great work. It's very clear the increase in acceleration. Looking forward to your G Booster video.

Do you have the old controller still laying around ? I would like to know what mosfets it uses, so that I could optionally replace them with better ones. I can source 100V 10m Ohm FETs pretty cheaply.

Do the controller plug into the kugoo wiring harness or you got to cut up wires..
