Crossed my mind, these scooters are getting a bad rep. Yet I saw a man in his 80's in the middle of the road on a mobility scooter and nobody bothered him. I need a mobility scooter. Four wheels. Comfy seat. Sabvoton or phaserunner strapped to it. A dragster style wheelie-bar and parachute on the back.

I did a little wiring repair on my kugoo kirin m4 pro 500watt. The motor wires were shorting out, acting as a phased brake with the scooter on or off. So. I ripped out the LED side lights because that shorted out from the snow last year. Then heat shrinked the motor connectors where it was shorting out. Put it all back together. And now my tail lights are not working. Brake lights work. It's a wire mess cramped in a tiny little space. I don't know what wire is what haha. I just left it and use a rechargeable bicycle tail light accessory.

Great work Andy 👌, I got both my boys the G Booster scooter I was on it as dads do had to have a wee shot I came off k.o concussion for a week ( I have been off work for 4 weeks so far still not right ( landed 10half stone onto the head ) please take care on them bud, my sons now have a full motorbike helmets on 🤦‍♂️

Interesting what you can do with these scooters. The motors can take quite a bit more than what they are rated at especially for a short distance. Great job.

I have the same scooter. I found on the bogist website they have a 48v 20amp battery upgrade for sale.there wasnt much info onnit soni was wonderingnif i buy it ia there anything else i need and would it improve my speed/ acceleration performance and distance?
Allso where can i purchase the new phase controler box you bought, and sorry one more thing how do i remove the speed limiter,

very intersting. Would you maybe consider doing a beginner tutorial how an e-scooter works and how to know when a batteri is powerful or not ? I'm a beginner and really want to learn this stuff.

It was probably center negative always check, as for battery compartment just 3d print a 10mm extenter and buy another. Seal

Just make sure the scooter is up to speed before you apply power rather than launching it off the line and the motor should take it.

Fantastic work, these are the skills a country needs to innovate and advance, unfortunately £300 fine and 6 penalty points on current of future licence is too big a price to pay courtesy of the overzealous taliban tactics traffic police, our poor kids in this country are the ones missing out and paying the price and yet we expect them to compete with the rest of the world !

Does anyone have the manual for the TF-191 NFC controller??? Finding it hard to find details as it seems new out??? Found generic manual for similar controller but the numbers don’t add up. Any tips for setting up the scooter first time regarding bolts and screws??? Should I use locktite on bolts u know i wont need access too??? Blue locktite so it can be undone with manual tools with a bit of force.
