If i dont know the person Or the company There is nothing wrong with hanging up the phone The fact that they are calling you Instead of you calling them Should tell you something ...Thier need to prevent losing money is more important. Than you gaining any money If they feel they owe you a large amount And will be held to it ..They will more than happy to call you with a ugly low ball offer And try and get you to give words to them to use against you later down the line That say $100, 000 to cover your injury and pain/suffering You lost because You took the $1, 000 dollars Or Zero dollars...Because said something making you look like you lied on a statement The less you say without a lawyer the better
