Honestly the reason I’m watching this is because a long time ago I was driving a friends vehicle & got into a minor collision. I was insured. But when I gave my interview to the other party’s insurance agent they kept asking me the same questions but in different ways as if they were trying to get me to give a different answer & it scared me & made me mad. The accident wasn’t even my fault! So this time around I want to be prepared.

I had 2 car accidents one in 03/21 and second one in 07/22 both were rear end and were not my fault and unfortunately my cars were totaled.I filed a claim already closed one and I'm in the process of closing the last one. Again I had the bad experience to be rear end but this time my car doesn't have visible damage, although the other car was a very visible damage. Now I finished with lower back pain and neck pain and is 6 out of 10 for my lower back pain. The at fault driver's insurance accepted fault next day and offered me 500 to settle and send me a check for 644 for my car bumper. Didn't accept the 500 and haven't cashed the check. The adjuster approved a 2 month therapy cuz according to him my car doesn't have damage. Any advice?

is it possible for something electronic to be struck by a lightning surge and then not work but still have power?? specifically an electronic entrance gate. It was working, lightning struck and then it didnt. Ins adjuster sent a tech out and he told my husband “well, there is power going to it”. What does that mean?? He will tell my insurance company that it was not damaged by lightning??

If you're injured at no fault get a lawyer, I was not injured and not at fault, and the adjuster is calling me, , well I'm not answering the call, gave them the estimate to fix my car, and the body shop won't accept less money to fix my car, everything is on hold

What if you still owe on a car and it was totaled. And had no car insurance. Also car was wrecked into parked; and it was not your fault. How would that settle ?

I need a Montana attorney for a pedestrian accident a year ago. Progressive wants me to take 3K onl6, even tho I am still in back pain and having PTSD. I lost everything and have had to apply for SSD. Lost my job and have had no income for the year. The Progressive SOBs keep lying and making exc7ses even tho they have lots of treatment records. I NEED HELP. Just trying to write a demand letter is driving me crazy. Brain injury makes that hard and dont even have a computer to work on.
