Broccoli microgreen has a milder broccoli-taste, or bitterness, some say. The slightly bitter taste is due to the presence of a compound called sulforaphane. This compound is actually extremely good for your health. Studies have shown that broccoli as a microgreen has roughly 40x more nutrients than its adult counterpart!

What type of labels are you using if your are printing them yourself? Are the BOPP labels? If so where do u get the blanks from?

I've seen videos recommend as much as 32 grams for one tray but I was doing 25 and getting about 4 oz per tray and cut my seed down to 15 grams and now am getting 8 oz or more so I would definitely recommend playing with seed density!

Hello, QUESTION for you. If I mistakenly introduced to light on day 4 after the weight time instead of putting them in dark time and they've been in light for few hours when I realized this. Is there a chance I could put them in dark for 2-3 days and they'll forgive me or its not worth trying ?
