How long do the microgreens stay fresh in the fridge? I just bought some of your silicone grow medium. Don't have trays yet, thought I would try it out in my Aerogarden microgreens kit first.

I received one of your green trays with the dome for Christmas. I don't have any silicone mats, can I use terra fiber mats or coco coir? I'm going to save this video, watch it again and take notes. I love micro greens and I want to become better at growing them. Thanks for sharing.

Having a tray made for silicone matts actually sounds (and looks) like this could work great consistently! That said, using silicone in normal trays i've seen prove to be extremely difficult.
