what the hell is the difference between volvo and polestar at this point. volvo has its own performance electric vehicles and polestar takes those slightly a step further, but not by much, so i don't understand the split. volvo should have kept polestar as the performance division of the company like the rest of the major players.

All i want is to trade our 2029 Model 3 LR for a performance electric wagon with 400+ km of range for the regular family ski trip. C'mon Volvo, releasing a small blob with no range and abandoning even hatches... This costs more than we paid for our Tesla and has half the range.

2:56 this also begs the question, what is the point of having both this and the polestar 2? for the XC40 recharge it made sense, one was more sensible and boxy, but now they are practically on top of each other. does this mean Polestar is going away? or maybe the polestar 2 is getting an upgrade soon?

Price and range most certainly doesn't add up, basically no practicality and yet not fast enough to rival sportier EVs (I.E. Tesla). Come on Volvo give us something! Can't be more expensive yet slower, less practical and shorter range! Coming from a Volvo fanboy...

Volvo aptly named its electric car "Recharge" knowing the owner would be doing it often with its poor range numbers.

Let's Start With Range 208. So that's 104 miles one way and 104 one way back with out stoping for hours to change. So let's factor it's hot outside or cold and you don't know where your going and need to us navigation. That Should bring you down to 77-80 miles one way and back. Now all that for 60 Grand. If you lease 3 years with good credit no money down About 700+ a month... So you will be paying $700+ A month for 77-80 distance in 2021 😆😆😂
