Before you proceed:

• I assume that you have already installed and updated all the necessary programs prior to launching games on Windows (drivers, runtimes, etc.). If not, here's an up-to-date download page of all the essential runtimes and their libraries for gaming on PC:

• Turn off your antivirus or add an exclusion folder. The archive is completely safe but some antiviruses may automatically block script-based batch files.

• Make sure your game folder name only includes letters and/or numbers (not symbols) otherwise the game cannot generate or load its data correctly upon launching.

• This workaround can be also applied to AMD graphics cards.

hello..
for me, control was unplayable..

In fact, in order to be (barely) playable, i had to set the game in 1080p, almost every setting on low + of course a tweak i had found on youtube.. in this way, the stuttering was .. controled.. but the loading texture bug was just less brutal.. it was so frustrating than after 2 hours i quit the game and never came to it. It was 8 month ago.

Today, i found your video and, let's be honest, without great hope, i said to myself.. come on, just give it a shot..
And... Oo.. i just try the game for 15 minutes, and still can't believe it.. in 1440p everything on high except a setting on general reflection, the game seems to run like a charm .. i can't wait to start a new run this evening

This fix works for DX12 too though, doesn't it? Just use the DX12 exe in nvida control panel i think.
