Nice for a summer house to stay for a short period of time. But if it is a regular house where you live a year round it seems enexpedient to have such a big entertainment area. Since we live more inside than outside, some extra space for one more room would be more useful to have if we would eliminate that entertainment zone. Also, a hallway (mud area) would be good to have before entering the living room. Generally looks nice.

Generally a lovely home, almost perfect for my preferences: I definitely agree with some of the comments; being that the outside porch is too large and could easily become another guest room or office space (as most of the years I spend my time indoors.) and I would also add an island in the kitchen area making the dining space smaller, and I’d make the space for the washing machine area a little deeper to add a door so it’s not in plain view. And finally, I’d take the ladder away and add a spiral staircase (or semi-spiral staircase) overall, nice design
