Hallo R, what a feat offering seating for 8 downstairs and still manage to fit in everything a comfortable living space need. Nice touch with a

I loved this design. High ceiling and many windows to give idea of a bigger and open space. Plenty of natural light 👍. I prefer indoor laundry area; a wash+dry machine in lieu of the back door would work for me.

Can I just say thank you for putting a full bath upstairs in the sleeping area?! Many people don't want to be navigating those stairs in the middle of the night if they have to use the bathroom.

I really love this lay out.. cozy, just a toilet room is must first floor! I would have wrap the terrace (balcony) a little further by the windows on 2nd floor by the living room... in fact extend the balcony for a car port underneath, ... then it's perfect!

I had a house recently, 2 up 2 down in UK. So that means 2 rooms upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs.
I don't like the noise of a washing machine in the kitchen plus the space it takes up.
So I got my kitchen fitter to make a Unit outside where the sink unit was inside ( plumbing electrics) and we installed a washing machine plus tumble dryer there.
I was able to use the top to put the laundry basket on and we made enough room inside to put in another basket where the pegs, detergent was stored.
Even in Winter i was pleased to see how well this worked out.
