Love it! Love how spacious the kitchen feels because of the windows (particularly the one in front of the sink) and how the washer is in close proximity. Love the fact that the bedroom feels private because of the wall blocking it off from the living room downstairs and that there’s a balcony close by to enjoy a sunny day or warm evening.

How much is the est cost for this size of house?

Great but I would lover glass wall because of air cooling to reach the bedroom and I would take smaller fridge and hide it under so it would be a lot more counter space and round table and maybe closed stairs so when you walk up...
