This is stunning Rassel!! 3 bedroom in 7x8... only YOU can do it!!
The space distribution is "magnifique", there is such harmony in the house, clean and airy... the colour palette very neutral throughout, natural fabrics have been implemented and i loved the marble top choice having a touch of cream that blends perfectly with the rest of the house. Everything flaws naturally.
The wall behind the tv in the sittingroom, with neutral colour brick like design is so modern and at the same time homely... loved it! It feels to me like I see more of the oak on the floor this time, and the wodden colour of the windows, stairs, are keeping a harmonious and complementary shade. It all breathes "nature" to me and there is nothing I love more than that!
The metal incorporated in the design of the staircase is very fresh, I loved the previous' house design too, it was more stylish whereas this is more minimalist, but they are both gorgeous. I noticed the washing machine being hidden ;) that makes the place look bigger too keeping the harmony and smooth fresh white and wood combo through the house.
The touch of having the 3 ceiling lamps (beautiful by the way, ) hanging from the wooden beam is a touch I love as it evokes the pendant flowers we find in nature. <3
The pattern on the doors adds this touch of modern minimalist that makes the place more interesting and alive.
The bedrooms, all of them are gorgeous and upstairs you have incorporated a balcony to one of the rooms and have also made an area for gathering that is unusual to see upstairs, that to me is attractive and exciting at the same time.
Love the two wall lamps that look as if they were some white campanulas growing from the wall such a pretty and delicate touch ...the bedside table lamps on the other room... loved their foothold and the shade looks as if it is floating hahahaha such interesting design :D
The views of the downstairs from usptairs are gorgeous, whatever way we look at!
The outside design is outstanding and it was such a great idea to use the top terrace to make of it the roof for a car park :D .... needless to say, there are all the little details that make a house a home... the prints on the wall and their framess, the vases and their colour and shape, the pretty flowers and tall plants....the cushions and rugs... you win me over and over again Rassel!! I am running out of words to further describe your masterpieces... actually each one is a masterpiece, unique and it has you fully imprinted all over each of them. I am convinced, that is the main reason your designs are a calm, clean, airy, tidy, cozy, homely yet youthful and fresh space. I love you for that and love your work. You truly are a blessing!! <3

Wow, Rassel, you really outdid yourself on this one! But that's become a habit with you!

This one is absolute perfection! A large, calm, welcoming living room; a kitchen with plenty of workspace; a washing machine that's accessible yet discretely tucked away behind doors; three bedrooms with plenty of closet space; the lovely little balcony off of the master (?) bedroom (with the delightfully whimsical little table); and the amazing outdoor living room above the carport!

I don't know how you manage to do it week after week, but I feel like saying a "shekhiyanu" (a Jewish prayer said on witnessing a miracle - like a rainbow - or something beautiful) when I see what you are able to create. Bless you!

Wow I like this 2-flr plan! Usually, bungalow plan ang hilig ko. Ang ganda ng open layout mo sa 1st flr at di sobrang laki ng rooms sa 2nd flr.

The lay out of this house is beautiful. There's a few things I would change is the bedroom right next to the stairs needs to be a little bigger to fit a desk. It is possible to go out on the balcony to study, but depends on the weather. I would love more storage areas, especially in the garage area for ladders, outdoor equipment, etc.
