This may be a silly question, but what exactly is “room temperature”? My room temperature can fluctuate and sometimes my butter is softer than other times. 🤷‍♀️

Can you use Chef’s choice cultured butter ? Apparently it has higher fat content than normal butter .I did an American butter frosting and it was fluffy but seemed too thick . I think it I was the type of butter I used and it was during winter here in Australia .

How do you make your buttercream so spreadable but not too thin where you don’t see the cake. I find when I thin it out I see the cake right through it. Yours look great

Never would I spend so much time and energy on food when I can buy qt store, but I always like to watch your videos. For the longest time I thought it was rocket science. Now i just think it's fairy magic with lots of time exhumed.
Edit.. not fairy magic, more like witch spells of many ingredients to make something irresistible

Looks yummy! I add just a dash of Dutch cocoa powder to have that nice brown color. Then add crushed peanuts into the mix, it gets that nice turd looking shape and form that I love for my toilet cakes
