Bumi sure takes the w but abillities should go to no one because they can not do much bur earth or waterbend

Honestly, durability should go to Ming Hua. Bumi took an air blast from Aang that slammed him into a wall, but Ming Hua took a boulder swung towards her by AS Korra that slammed her in to a wall with enough force for the boulder to shatter. And abilities should go to Ming Hua as well for armless waterbending.

Bumi wins, but mid-high diff.
