This really reminds me how strong Tenzin is.
The Red Lotus is powerful. No doubt. But Tenzin managed to hold his own against _all of them _*_at the same time._*

I feel like the Red Lotus is the perfect example of how incredible of a power bending is as a whole; the fact that a team of just four people that have reached the highest potential of their bending specializations are capable of threatening the entire world goes to show how strongly the world revolves around bending and how easily it can be thrown out of balance because of it. Avatar has the most phenomenal worldbuilding of any series, ever.

The way Eska and Desna fight is interesting. They fight like earthbenders.

Everything about this season is perfect. Korra and Tonraq are criminally underrated together, she even fought against Zaheer with just her feet.

Man Zaheer's squad is so powerful. And crew behind Korra deserve credit for making one of the best Nick villains out there

P'Lis combustion bending has some incredible sound design. There are two percussion hits whenever her missile travels, indicating how far it goes. If the target is near, the hits play rapidly after each other like a quick '1, 2, 3' with the 3 being the impact. If the target is farther away, the distance between the beats also increases. I guess the sound is supposed to be the air rapidly expanding from the transmitted heat. Great sound design

Love how Korra just yeeted a mountain on Zaheer and he still evaded it somehow lol

The animation during Zaheer and Korra's fight is so next level. Like the cinematography, the stunning backgrounds and the elegant lifelike motions of Zaheer flying all look so amazing.

The fact P’li absorbed a DRAGON’S breath of fire, with ease shows how strong a fire bender she really is!

They're all their own bosses. Even a whole season with just Ghazan as the main villain would already be a convincing threat.

Mako took down Ming Hua is actually his greatest testament for his skills. He's the only one who defeats a Red Lotus alone.
