I get slack at the end of the recovery. I can see from this it's due to the fact I don't keep my elbows locked.

Great breakdown!

any guidance on how to prevent arms from prematurely pulling before the leg extension is done?

Also, when the arms are pulling, should we keep the elbows from opening out (ie. keep them tucked)?

dont lock your knees you’ll end up with messed up knees remeber its not a workout rowing is upperbody. so driving through your legs means your struggling with resistence

Kinda wrong from, heals are suppose to remain flat to give a more powerful row, don't use your tip of toes the motions.
