The last word is one of my favorite books of the year. (So far). I’ve seen a lot of people say they didn’t like the ending but didn’t realize there was a false ending. Great video

Great wrap up! I agree with you on the ratings you gave for the books we've read in common- A Twisted Love Story, The Whispers and The Only One Left. The Late Americans is on my TBR. My favorite book that I recently read is Looking Glass Sound by Catriona Ward.

Great summer reading list. Lots of agreement with you. Disappointed in Hang the Moon. Loved Yellowface, The Only One Left and Mad Honey. I’ve been a Jodi Picoult fan for years. I’ve met her twice at signings. I struggled with The Book of Two Ways but later tried the audio and enjoyed. Adding The Whispers to TBR. Waiting for Everyone is Lying from the library. Good times!
