A common lat pulldown mistake is keeping the body fixed in a vertical position during the entire movement. This causes the arm to not be inline with the line of pull, shifting some tension away from the lats to the triceps.

Instead, lean back slightly as you pull to keep the arm in line with the pull to maximize tension on the lats.

Triceps? Biceps maybe seen as you’re pulling and personally my forearms end up feeling thick as fuck towards the last few sets and that’s with a slight lean
