Never Say Never Again - Horse Chase (Rescored)

This is my next time rescoring process for the unofficial Bond film Never Say Never Again starring the original James Bond, Sean Connery. I have re-edited the horse chase scenes of the film with the music of David Arnold.

Great effort, but it's Connery, so you should have used action sequence music from his EON Bonds.

Michel Legrand’s score was fine. This one is not a good fit. Plus, many of the original sound effects are missing, not to mention the actual landing in the water. This score is better suited to the high-tech Brosnan era.

The problem with this sequence was the continuity lapse: Connery splashing down fully dressed, then stripped down underwater. And the attacking submarine should have had better effects.

Yikes. Music is too modern to be a soundtrack for NSNA.

Right 2 the point in the final battle scene in this film as Domino Petachi comes all the way out of the water Maximillion Largo's going 2 shoot her in the chest with either 1 of his goons 9x19mm HK MP5's, Bond's 9x19mm MAC-10 or 1 of the U.S. Navy SEALS .45 ACP M3 Grease Gun Domino Petachi without bulletproof/bullet resistant armor vest cackles at him like a hyena where she's in a way like saying you'll never have enough bullets 2 kill me Largo shoots her multiple/several times with 1 of those same Submachine Guns & she continues cackling after/when getting hit in the chest by every round/more than every round

Great score... Much better than the original version. But one scene is missing.
The one contained in that clip at 0:32.
They really did a stunt involving a jump with a horse and they really "hit" the water. To bad to miss it.
As I child I remembered being so impressed thinking... poor horse. LOL
