Excellent thank you so much !! A little precision, from single cell RNAseq data, I can tell that unswitched memory B cells are produced in large amount and can be found in the blood (around 20% of all memory B cells are IgM )

in absence of T-helper cells as in Digeorge syndrome or HIV, how does B-cell react to antigen peptides ?? does it get activated and produce IgM or not ?
