Want to make the next Open your best year yet? Welcome to the first in our video series: WODprep's Ultimate Open Prep Guide! We've created this to help you nail 5 movements that we think are pretty important when it comes to making huge strides up the leaderboard.

The first video is all about Double Unders. This is one of my favorite movements to learn; especially because it doesn't rely hugely on strength or fitness which can take longer to build. Double Unders rely on skill and coordination; both of which I'm confident I can teach you!

Stay tuned for the next movement in the series, and let's crush the upcoming Open together!

The single, double, single, double is my kryptonite. I’ve been stuck on that skill level in Level Method for a while now. The weird thing is I can do multiple doubles consecutively.

My issue with stringing doubles is my hand cadence. I’ll have stints when I string together many and think I’ve got it only for the next time my hand cadence falls off and feels awkward although it’s always good if I do many single/doubles in a row. Any suggestions for hand/wrist cadence?

Ben… I ask this fricken question almost everytime I see that rope… what kind of rope are you using? I’ve wanted to buy it and for months and months haven’t. If I can find out what it is I WILL buy it.
